Before shifting to AI education, Debra spent years as a fractional COO for small and mid-size service businesses, construction companies, and professional services firms. That background is what separates her from AI trainers who come from technology. She knows what good operations look like before AI enters the picture, which means she knows exactly where it helps and where it creates more work than it solves.
Most people who teach AI implementation come from technology backgrounds. They know the tools well and the business operations less well. Debra comes at it from the other side. She understands what a service business runs on, where the time gets eaten, and what owners are trying to protect when they are cautious about new tools. That background shapes every session she runs.
